Ingredients For pacific coast salmon on the bbq

1 lgsalmon fillet (substitute steelhead)

2-3 lglemons, sliced, or as needed

2 Tbspmiracle whip®, or as needed

1/2 Tbspyour favorite bbq seasoning, or as needed

1/2 Tbspgreek seasoning, or as needed

1 1/2 Tbspfresh dill, chopped (substitute 1 tsp. dried dill weed)
How To Make pacific coast salmon on the bbq

1Rinse the filet under water and tap to dry the excess water. Sliced lemon and place them on aluminum foil to form the size of the filet. Sit the filet on top of the lemon slices. Spread Miracle Whip on the filet. Add seasonings and close the foil over making like a tent so it doesn’t touch the Miracle Whip and seasoning.

2Transfer on the BBQ and cook at 450ºF for 15 minutes or until the filet is flaky.
