Ingredients For oven-fried-fish

  • 1 lb
    tilapia
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    butter

How To Make oven-fried-fish

    Thaw fish if frozen.
  • 2
    Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.

    Place milk in a shallow dish
  • 4
    Place flour in another shallow dish.
  • 5
    In a 3rd dish combine bread crumbs, cheese, dill & pepper & toss with butter.

    Dip each piece of fish in the milk, then flour, then milk again, then bread crumb mixture.

    Place fish on a greased baking sheet.

    Bake uncovered at 450°F for 6-9 minutes, until fish flakes with fork.
