Ingredients For oven fried fish

  • 2 lb
    cod or haddock fillets
  • 1 lg
    egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil 1/4
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried dillweed
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    fine cornflake crumbs

How To Make oven fried fish

  • 1
    preheat oven to 400. coat a baking pan with cooking spray. cut each fillet into 3 inch wide pieces.
  • 2
    in a shallow dish, combine egg, oil, salt, pepper, dill weed, paprika and garlic powder. place cornflake crumbs in a separate shallow dish.

    dip fish pieces into egg mixture, then in cornflakes. place on prepared baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
