1 1/2 lbfish fillets (flounder, halibut, etc.)

1 ccorn flake crumbs

2 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make oven crusty fish

1Combine egg, water, Tabasco sauce and salt, beat until well blended. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture.

2Coat generously with corn flake crumbs.

3Place on foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
