Ingredients For oriental shrimp

  • 2 lb
    large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 16 oz
    baby portebello mushrooms,sliced.
  • 1 15oz can
    pineapple,tidbits,undrained.
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili sauce
  • 1 md
    green,red,and yellow bell pepper cubed
  • garnish w/greenonion slivers.

How To Make oriental shrimp

  • 1
    You will need a large cast iron skillet. Drain pineapple,reserve the juice. Stir together pineapple juce,suger,cornstarch,mushrooms,salt,rice wine vinegar, and chili sauce,.. Cook mixture over high heat for 30 to 45 seconds,untill thickened. Add bell peppers. Cook 3-5 minutes. Now add pine apple,and shrimp.Cover and cook,stiring often abought 3-4 minutes. Just untill shrimp turns pink. Serve over lemon rice pilaf,Garnish with onions.
