2 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1 Tbspbottled minced garlic

4salmon fillets (each to be 6-ounces and 1 inch thick)
How To Make orange teriyaki salmon

1Preheat oven to 450°F.

2In an 8x8-inch baking dish, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic and ginger. Add salmon, and spoon sauce over salmon.

3Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, occasionally basting with the sauce.
