Ingredients For orange-glazed "cajun" salmon

4 mdboneless, skinless salmon filets

3 Tbspcajun seasoning (salt free)

1 tspbrown sugar
-
1/4 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 corange marmalade
-
1 Tbspfresh ime juice
-
8 slicefresh lime
How To Make orange-glazed "cajun" salmon

1Combine Cajun Seasoning, Brown Sugar and Kosher Salt in a small bowl. On a piece of wax paper spread out your Salmon Fillets, rub mixture liberally over all surfaces of the fish.

2In a large non-stick skillet heat two TBS of vegetable oil over med-high heat. Saute fillets over med-high heat for 4 minutes, turn and saute an additional 3 minutes. Turn off heat and add your marmalade and lime juice to the pan, swirl until melted, and carefully glaze your fish on all sides

3Plate these beautiful fillets of Salmon with fresh Lime slices and Home-Style Fries....OH MY GOODNESS!!!
