Ingredients For openface italian tuna melt

  • 1 sm
    can tuna (oil or water)
  • 2 slice
    good italian bread
  • 1-2
    tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch
    each celery salt, pepper,dried oregano & basil
  • 1/4 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated
  • grated or slices mozz cheese or italian blend
  • olive oil

How To Make openface italian tuna melt

  • 1
    Drain and mix tuna with, mayo, celery salt & oregano. Place bread on baking dish, top with tuna mix. Add sliced tomato sprinkle with oregano then parm and mozzerella. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake on 375 til cheese melts about 7min.
