This is so yummy on just about any seafood. My grandchildren love it and it is somewhat healthy eating. My husband does not always enjoy seafoodbut loves this sauce over the top of Salmon and codfish. Pour it over the fish and pop it in the oven to bake. Enjoy!

Ingredients For my smothered halibut, or salmon or cod

1 csour cream...possibly alittle more than 1 cup

2 tsplemon juice

1 cgrated (spaghetti type) parmasan cheese

4 Tbspfresh dill
How To Make my smothered halibut, or salmon or cod

1Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper.

2Lay your fish of choice on a foil lined baking sheet or dish and cover with Prepared Sauce. Don't skimp smother it.

3Bake inpreheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on size of fish portion. I usually serve with a veggie or salad.
