I was tied of cooking my fish the same old way, so I decided to create a sauce for my fish, I came up with this sauce to serve over my fish.

Ingredients For my butter cream fish

  • 6
    pieces of the fish of your choose
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    capers
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive or vegetable oil

How To Make my butter cream fish

    Directions: Season fish with salt and pepper and flour the fish on both side, place fish in oil on medium heat until brown on each side.

    Sauce: Add butter, capers, honey mustard,brown sugar in a small sauce pan heat for 5 minutes, then serve over hot fish, this fish goes well with a nice salad.
