Ingredients For mussels with guinness butter

  • 2 lb
    cleaned mussels
  • 1/2 c
    guinness stout beer
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    honey

How To Make mussels with guinness butter

    Heat Skillet over med-high heat with a little oil in the pan add mussels, cover.

    Check to see if all mussels have opened - discard closed mussels. Add Guinness. Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes

    Add sliced butter and honey - let cook until butter is melted
  • 4
    Serve with a drizzle of honey
