Great recipe for Salmon. The miso and brown sugar make a golden glaze for the meat. Really quick too. I used skinless fillets.

Ingredients For miso-glazed salmon

  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    each soy sauce, hot water, miso paste
  • 4
    4 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chives

How To Make miso-glazed salmon

    Preheat Broiler Combine first 4 ingredients stirring with a whisk Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray Spoon Miso mixture over fish evenly

    Broil about 10 minutes basting with miso twice. Sprinkle with chives
