Ingredients For miso glazed cod

  • 1 lb
    cod fish fillets
  • 1/2 c
    each mirin, saki, white miso paste and brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    each cornstarch and soy sauce
  • scallions for garnish

How To Make miso glazed cod

  • 1
    Place some oil in large skillet. Sear the cod 3 minutes on each side.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour over fish and cook on high until thickened and fish is flaky about 3 to 5 minutes.

    Serve garnished with scallions
