Ingredients For mini lobster rolls

3 1/2 ccooked lobster meat, coarsely chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 ccelery, finely minced

3 Tbspflat leaf parsley, chopped

2 Tbspbaby chives, minced

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
1/2 tspold bay seasoning

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1 stickunsalted butter

24bakery dinner rolls, split on top & toasted
How To Make mini lobster rolls

1In a mixing bowl, mix together lobster, mayonnaise, celery, parsley, chives, salt, mustard, old bay, garlic powder and cayenne. Cover and set aside in refrigerate.

2Split dinner roll on top, resembling a classic lobster roll bun, and place under broiler for a minute or two, to lightly toast.

3Melt butter, and brush inside each roll.

4Place a tablespoon and a half of the lobster filling in each roll. Serve immediately and watch them disappear as quickly as you made them! Enjoy!
