A quick tasty fish! Made with some lime buttered green beans and zucchini fries. Yummmm! NOTE* I found tomatoes and green chilis in lime and cilantro. If You can find with lime and cilantro, adjust lime cilantro to your liking.

  • fresh tilapia
  • 1/4
    stick butter
  • 1
    lime
  • chopped tomatoes and green chilis
  • fresh chopped cilantro

How To Make mexican tilapia w/lime butter green beans

    In skillet on med high heat melt butter and zest lime. Add tilapia to pan. Fry turning once for 2min per side.

    Add 2 teaspoons tomatoes and green chilis (in juices) to each fish. Place in 350 degree oven and bake for another 4-5min. Remove and top with fresh lime juice and cilantro.

    My find. I used just a few tablespoons.(the rest will use in salsa) If You cant find, use canned tomatoes and green chilis and add more lime and cilantro to your likings.
