Back to eating Salmon again, thought so I thought I would combine my favorite ingredients and see how it turned out. It was AWESOME!!!

Ingredients For mexican thai salmon

1salmon, skinless filet, wild alaskan

mrs. dash origianl blend

2 tspolive oil

1tomato, sliced & roasted

1jalapeno, fresh, chopped

cilantro, fresh

2 Tbspmayo

1 tspthai chile sauce
How To Make mexican thai salmon

1Mix mayo and Thai chile sauce together, serve on the side.

2Roast tomato slices and jalapeno.

3In the same skillet after the tomatoes and jalapeno are cooked, place seasoned salmon in and cook 3-4 min. on each sides.

4Place salmon on bed of cilantro, top with roasted tomatoes and jalapeno.
