got this recipe off of the package of frozen cod. We had it for dinner yesterday. It was good, already thinking about making it again!

Ingredients For mexican baked fish

1 lbcod or fish of your choice

1 csalsa

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 ccrushed tortilla chips
How To Make mexican baked fish

1preheat oven to 400, spray large baking dish with cooking spray

2rinse fish and pat dry

3place fish single layer into pan

4cover fish with salsa, then cheese, then crushed tortillas

5bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flakey

6top with guacamole and sour cream if desiered
