Ingredients For maryland crab cakes

1 lbcrabmeat

3/4 cseasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cmayonnaise

1 large or 2 small eggs

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspdry mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make maryland crab cakes

1In a bowl, Mix all ingredients together,EXCEPT for crabmeat.

2Gently add crabmeat. If mixture is to dry add a little more mayonnaise.

3Shape into cakes and fry in just enough margarine (or butter) until browned on both sides.
