Ingredients For marie's famous crab quiche

1 cshredded swiss cheese

1unbaked nine inch pie shell

1 cancrabmeat, 7.5 oz., drained and flaked

2green onions, including top, sliced thinly
-
3eggs, beaten
-
1 clight cream or half and half
-
salt to taste

1/2 tspgrated lemon peel, optional
-
1/4 tspdry mustard
-
dashmace, optional
-
1/4 csliced almonds
How To Make marie's famous crab quiche

1Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie shell. Top with crab; sprinkle with onions.

2Mix eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, dry mustard and mace. Pour over crab. Top with almonds. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or til set. Remove form oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6
