Every person who has eaten this salmon has adored it! I always leave the skin on because I like how crispy it gets. Feel free to trim yours away. Spring for the best maple syrup you can afford on your budget. I like to use Sprouts organic dark maple syrup because I can generally find it on sale and it has a nice flavor.

How To Make maple salmon
-
1Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and orange juice in a bowl.

2Marinade the salmon for thirty minutes. I like to make tin foil boats for each piece of salmon. Pour some sauce in the bottom of the boat, place the salmon skin side up on top of the marinade, and cover with more sauce. Make sure that the tin foil is snug against the fish.
