My kids love these! You can make these with salmon as well! This dish is pictured with sides including my Southern style potatoe salad and fresh green bean almondine, corn on the cob and Hawaiian rolls. I will be posting recipes of sides soon!

Ingredients For mackerel patties

2 (15 oz) canmakrel
-
2 ccrushed saltine cracker crumbs

1egg, lightly beaten
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
oil for frying
How To Make mackerel patties

1Drain makrel, debone and transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except oil; mix throughly and shape into patties.

2Fry in hot oil over medium high heat until golden brown.

3Drain on paper towels.
