Ingredients For low-fat tuna casserole.

2 cno yolk noodles, dried

2 csliced fresh mushrooms.

1 cfrozen broccoli stir-fry veggies

3/4 cchopped onion

110-3/4 oz reduced-fat can, condensed cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cfat-free milk.

1/2 tspdried dill
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper each

16 oz can water-packed tuna. drained, flaked
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese.
How To Make low-fat tuna casserole.

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray, set aside. In lg saucepan, cook noodles, mushrooms, stir-fry veggies and onion in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain, return to pot. In bowl, stir together soup, milk, dill, salt & pepper. Stir into noodle mix. Fold in tuna. Spoon mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 25 min. Uncover, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cook 5 min, uncovered.
