lobster tails (broiled)
(2 ratings)
A lady I took care of taught me this recipe and it is the tastiest recipe I have found for lobster.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Lobster tails can be intimidating to prepare because of the cost. At the price of a pound of lobster, it's nerve-wracking to mess up a recipe. But fear no more! This is an easy lobster recipe that's full of flavor. The chili-garlic butter baste brings a bit of heat, while orange and lemon add notes of citrus flavor. Serve with corn and potatoes for a fancy meal that's sure to impress (and no one has to know how easy it was to prepare).
