There is quite a bit of controversy about this New England classic. This is my version, and I have taken liberties with it by adding celery, onion,lemon juice.

Ingredients For lobster salad

  • 12 oz
    cooked lobster meat, coarse chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt and pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise, or more to taste

How To Make lobster salad

  • 1
    Chop the lobster, onion and cellery, add seasonings and mayo, cover and chill.
