I am loving this new air fryer. I came up with this recipe last night and my family just loved it. The salmon was perfectly cooked and very juicy.

We can't believe how easy this healthy air fryer salmon was to prepare. In fact, it's so good it beats salmon we've had at fancy restaurants. Once air fried, it's juicy and flaky. Coating the salmon in a Dijon dill sauce, adds tons of delicious flavor. Serve with some steamed veggies for a healthy meal.

Ingredients For lisa's air fried salmon with dijon dill sauce

  • 5
    salmon fillets (or enough for your family)
  • 2 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp
    dill weed

How To Make lisa's air fried salmon with dijon dill sauce

  • Sauce ingredients combined in a bowl.

    In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except for salmon.
  • Salmon placed in an air fryer.

    Arrange your salmon in your air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. I can fit 5 in mine easily.
  • Dill sauce brushed over salmon.

    Brush sauce all over salmon to coat.
  • Air frying salmon at 350 degrees.

    Set your fried to 350 and adjust the time for 12 min. Plate and enjoy.
