Ingredients For light creamy cod fillets

    light sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1
    hard-boiled egg, peeled and mashed
  • 3 dash
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1
    tomato, finely chopped
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 2 lb
    fresh cod fillets
  • paprika for garnish

How To Make light creamy cod fillets

  • 1
    Heat oven to 3350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mash all ingredients, except fish and paprika.

    Place fish evenly in baking dish. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
