1 clight sour cream

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 Tbsplemon juice

1hard-boiled egg, peeled and mashed

3 dashhot pepper sauce

1tomato, finely chopped

1onion, diced

2 lbfresh cod fillets

paprika for garnish
How To Make light creamy cod fillets

1Heat oven to 3350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mash all ingredients, except fish and paprika.

2Place fish evenly in baking dish. Spoon sauce over fish. Sprinkle w/ paprika. Bake 20 mins, or until fish flakes easily.
