Ingredients For lg shell and seafood bake

1 lblg shell pasta, cooked as per box

124 oz cartain 1% far free cottage cheese
-
2/3 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated... divided

1/3 c1/2&1/2

1 tspdried chives
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/2 lbbay scallops
-
1/2 lbcrab meat... can use imitation but is better with the real thing

1 lblg shrimp... 1/2ed

1 tspdried garlic
-
1 Tbspold bay seasoning

1 ptfat free sour cream
-
8 ozsliced fresh mushrooms

1 bunchgreen onions...sliced

1 cmixed red,yellow,orange an green bell peppers ... chopped

1 Tbspdried celery leaves... crushed

1 1/2 cgrated baby swiss cheese
-
1/2 cextra sharp cheddar cheese

dried green onions
How To Make lg shell and seafood bake

1have pasta cooked an set aside....mix next 6 things togather set aside

2put scallops,crab and shrimp in bowl... add old bay and garlic mix well set aside
-
3spray lg fry pan with non stick cooking spray... add onions,bell peppers,celery leaves, cook bout 10 min til pepper are soft... add mushrooms cook 10 more min add seafood and sour cream stir well turn off heat let cool ...... mix cheddar and swiss together set aside

4assembly time... spray 2 9x13 glass baking pan... stuff cottage cheese mix in each shell place in pan repeat til all shells are stuffed sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on each pan divid seafood/veggies between both pans make sure all shells are covered sprinkle lat 1/3 c parn cheese over top

5bake at 350 for 45 min set rest 10 min before serving
