Ingredients For lg shell and seafood bake

  • 1 lb
    lg shell pasta, cooked as per box
  • 1
    24 oz cartain 1% far free cottage cheese
  • 2/3 c
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated... divided
  • 1/3 c
    1/2&1/2
  • 1 tsp
    dried chives
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 lb
    bay scallops
  • 1/2 lb
    crab meat... can use imitation but is better with the real thing
  • 1 lb
    lg shrimp... 1/2ed
  • 1 tsp
    dried garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 pt
    fat free sour cream
  • 8 oz
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bunch
    green onions...sliced
  • 1 c
    mixed red,yellow,orange an green bell peppers ... chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried celery leaves... crushed
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated baby swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • dried green onions

How To Make lg shell and seafood bake

    have pasta cooked an set aside....mix next 6 things togather set aside

    put scallops,crab and shrimp in bowl... add old bay and garlic mix well set aside

    spray lg fry pan with non stick cooking spray... add onions,bell peppers,celery leaves, cook bout 10 min til pepper are soft... add mushrooms cook 10 more min add seafood and sour cream stir well turn off heat let cool ...... mix cheddar and swiss together set aside

    assembly time... spray 2 9x13 glass baking pan... stuff cottage cheese mix in each shell place in pan repeat til all shells are stuffed sprinkle 1/2 the cheese on each pan divid seafood/veggies between both pans make sure all shells are covered sprinkle lat 1/3 c parn cheese over top

    bake at 350 for 45 min set rest 10 min before serving
