Ingredients For lemony salmon patties

1 canpink salmon

3/4 cmilk

1 csoft bread crumps

1egg, lightly beaten

1 Tbspfresh diced parsley

1 tspminced onion

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tspold bay seasoning

1/4 tsppepper
- LEMON SAUCE

2 Tbspbutter

4 tspbutter

3/4 cmilk

2 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspsalt

1/8-1/4 tspcayenne pepper
How To Make lemony salmon patties

1In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Fill eight greased muffin cups with 1/4 cup salmon mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until browned.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, salt and cayenne. Serve with patties.

3I also make into patties and cook on indoor grill. After making patties spray each side before grilling. About 7-10 minutes. Serving as sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
