Ingredients For lemon pepper prawns

2 lbmedium raw prawns (peeled/deveined)

2 Tbspflour

8 Tbspvegetable broth

6 Tbsphalf and half

1/2 ccilantro (fresh leaves)

1/2 mdonion

1/2green bell pepper

1/2 cparsley (fresh leaves)

2jalapenos, fresh

2 mdtomatoes

1lemon

3 Tbspolive oil
How To Make lemon pepper prawns

1prepare salsa dice equal parts tomatoes, bell pepper, onion in 1/4" squears remove seeds from jalapenos and mince chop parsley and cilantro mix ingredients in bowl add salt to taste let stand

2preheat olive oil in large pan add shrimp and fry over high heat. cook for 1-2 minutes per side when almost done, sprinkle flour in pan with shrimp. stir

3reduce heat. addjuice from lemon (approximately 4tbsp), half and half and broth to pan. stir. add 3tbsp of salsa. stir

4place contents on platter and serve
