Ingredients For lemon ginger salmon for two

3/4 tspfresh gingerroot, peeled and minced

1 clovegarlic, peeled and minced

1 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

1/2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 tspgrated lemon rind

1 tsphoney

1 1/2 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

1 1/2 Tbspfresh italian parsley, chopped

10 oz(2 steaks) fresh salmon (or use 2 filets)
How To Make lemon ginger salmon for two

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2In small bowl, mix ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon rind, honey and fresh herbs.

3Place fillets in shallow baking dish and spoon some herb mixture on top of each fillet. Drizzle any liquid accumulated in bowl over fillets. Allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

4Bake, uncovered until salmon turns opaque, about 15 minutes.

5Place fillets on plates and drizzle any liquid in baking dish over them.
