Finally made a simple salmon for my son to approve....

Ingredients For lemon/butter salmon

  • 1 lb
    salmon, skinless filet
  • 2
    lemons
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • parsley to top
  • cooking spray

How To Make lemon/butter salmon

    cut the salmon filet in 3 portions, salt & pepper each side lightly.

    place in a oil sprayed baking dish, zest 1 lemon and sprinkle on top...then cut and squeeze the lemon evenly on salmon...drizzle the melted butter
  • 3
    top with sliced lemons, cover with foil and bake at 350 for about 20 mins...or until slighty firm to the touch.
