Ingredients For jodie's salmon patties

  • 2 can
    boneless skinless pink salmon (canned)7oz
  • 1 1/2 c
    quaker old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dill butter or horseradish (opt)
  • 1 lg
    egg or egg whites beaten
  • 2 tsp
    cilantro

    1. 1 Combined all ingredients except margarine; mix well. 2. 2 Shape to form oval patties about 1/2 inch thick. 3. 3 Pan fry the patties in margarine over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through. 4. 4 Serve hot, with dill butter or horseradish
