2 canboneless skinless pink salmon (canned)7oz

1 1/2 cquaker old fashioned oats, uncooked

1/3 cmilk

1 tspdill weed

2 Tbspmargarine

1/2 csalsa

1 tsplemon juice

1 tspgarlic

salt and pepper to taste

dill butter or horseradish (opt)

1 lgegg or egg whites beaten

2 tspcilantro

11. 1 Combined all ingredients except margarine; mix well. 2. 2 Shape to form oval patties about 1/2 inch thick. 3. 3 Pan fry the patties in margarine over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through. 4. 4 Serve hot, with dill butter or horseradish
