Ingredients For indian curried shrimp

3 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tspchicken boullion
-
1 cwater
-
5 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cminced onion

6 Tbspflour
-
2 1/2 tspcurry powder (green or red) depending on what you like

1 1/4 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 tspsugar
-
1/4 tspginger
-
2 cmilk
-
1 tsplemon juice
How To Make indian curried shrimp

1Dissolve bouillion in water. set aside

2In a large saute pan, melt butter and then add onions, cook slowly and stirring until the onions start to get tender.

3add curry powder, salt sugar, ginger and flour to the butter/onion mixture. stir and cook on low until combined.

4Gradually add the milk and chicken broth and continue to stir until all lumps are dissolved. Add the shrimp and lemon juice and cook just until shrimp is heated through.

5Serve over rice and stir fried veggies if desired.
