Ingredients For healthy garlic shrimp

8 ozwhole wheat angel hair pasta

4 cclenaned baby spinach leaves

1-/12 ccherry tomatoes, halved

3 tspolive oil

1onion, finely chopped
-
1-1/2 lbmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed

3 tspminced garlic
-
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/2 clow-sodium chicken broth, or you could use white wine
-
1/4 clow-sodiume chicken broth
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
3 Tbspchopped parsley
-
2 Tbspbutter
How To Make healthy garlic shrimp

1Cook pasta as directed and drain. Return to pot. Stir in spinach, tomatoes and 2 tsp oil. Cover.

2In lg skillet, heat 1 tsp oil over medium heat. Add onion, cook 1 min. Add shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring for 2 mins.

3Stir into skillet, the broth, or wine plus the other broth, salt and pepper. Cook, until shrimp is pink. Remove from skillet. Stir in parsley and butter until butter is melted. Add whole mix to pasta and toss to mix.
