healthier salmon cakes
I love Salmon cakes anytime, if your a fan of Salmon and want a healthier version this is the recipe for you. Some may not be a fan of coconut oil but it doesn't taste like it, and it's low in calories and healthier. I grew up on my Mama's she made everything from scratch I miss her and these remind me of hers. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For healthier salmon cakes

8 ounce cansalmon, wild caught

1 Tbspcoconut flour, oraganic

1 Tbsplime juice

1egg, omega-3, cage free, organic

sea salt & black pepper, to taste

1 Tbspmustard, any type

1 Tbspcoconut oil
How To Make healthier salmon cakes

1Mix all ingredients except coconut oil in a bowl and mix well, form into 4-patties.

2Heat coconut oil in pan, place the Patties in the hot oil and cook for approximately 4-minutes on each side.

3Serve with vegetables of your choice. I like topping them with grilled onions.
