Ingredients For halibut or firm white fish

1white wine

2 tspsalt

1 1/2 lbhalibut or firm white fish

1/4 cbread crumbs

1/2 csour cream

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 cgreen onions, minced
How To Make halibut or firm white fish

1Marinate fish in wine and salt 1 hour. Drain on paper towls and dip both sides in crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish. Combine sour cream, mayonaise and green onions and spread over fish. Bake at 400 degrees until fish fish flakes with fork.
