1 lbhalibut, cut into chunks

1.5 tspgarlic powder

1.5 tspcurry powder

1 tspmarjoram

2 tspbaking powder

3/4 tsplemon pepper

2 cpanko bread crumbs

12 ozbeer, flat
How To Make halibut delight

1Dip halibut in batter and then roll in panko.

2Let stand for 2 minutes.

3Deep fry in 375 degree fat until golden brown.

4Drain on absorbent paper and serve with a tartar sauce or a zesty tomato, horseradish sauce for dipping.

5Combine flour, garlic powder, curry powder, marjoram, baking powder and lemon pepper.

6Mix well.

7Slowly add enough flat beer to make a thick batter.
