- PEACH BBQ SAUCE:

3/4 cketchup

3 Tbspyellow mustard

1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

1/2 capple cider vinegar

1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce, low sodium

2 tsppaprika
-
1/4 clemon juice
-
1 tsppepper
-
3 Tbspdark brown sugar

3/4 cwater
-
1 lgonion, finely chopped
-
2 cpeaches, fresh or canned, drained

1/8 clime juice
- FISH:
-
4tilapia fillets
-
1 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper

How To Make grilled tilapia w/ peach bbq sauce

1PEACH BBQ SAUCE: Mix all ingredients, except peaches, together in a saucepan & simmer over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes.

2While the sauce is simmering, puree 2 C of canned or fresh peaches. Once the sauce is cooked, add pureed peaches to the sauce & stir together.

3Preheat grill to medium heat.

4FISH: Season fish with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Cook the fish on each side for 3 - 4 minutes. During last few minutes of cooking, brush fish with bbq sauce.

5Once cooked & plated, ladle more peach bbq sauce on top of fillets. Serve over rice.
