Ingredients For grilled salmon with lime butter

1/4 clime juice

1-2 clovegarlic, chopped

salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

1/2 cbutter, melted

How To Make grilled salmon with lime butter

1Puree the lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in an electric
blender. -
2Add the melted butter and process until emulsified.

3Refrigerate until ready to use. Season the salmon with salt
and pepper and grill over hot coals, flesh sides down, for
about 4 minutes. Turn the salmon over and grill until just
cooked through, about 4 minutes more. Top each fillet with
