Ingredients For grilled salmon

1 lbsalmon (preferably wild)

2 tspolive oil

2 tsplemon juice, fresh

1/4 tspsalt

freshly ground black pepper to taste

2 clovegarlic, crushed

2 tspfresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried
How To Make grilled salmon

1In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.

2Brush the mixture onto the fish.

3Grill over medium-hot until the fish flakes easily. Allow about 4-6 minutes per 1/2-inch of thickness.

4Garnish with fresh rosemary.
