Ingredients For grilled salmon

2salmon filets

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 clemon juice

4green onions, finely sliced

3 Tbspfresh parsley, minced

1.5 tspfresh rosemary

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper
How To Make grilled salmon

1Place salmon in a shallow dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Set aside 1/4 cup for basting; pour the rest over the salmon.

4Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5Drain, discarding marinade.

6Grill salmon over medium coals, skin side down, for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

7Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
