Ingredients For grilled pecan topped salmon

  • 1 lb
    salmon with skin on
  • 3 oz
    grey poupon harvest coarse mustard
  • 1/3 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make grilled pecan topped salmon

    Rinse Salmon, remove all bones and pat dry. Place skin down on non stick foil or non stick spray on foil.

    Spread mustard to coat salmon completely. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of mustard to get a good coating. Place coarse chopped pecans on top. Spray with non stick spray. Place on grill that has been heated to a medium temperature,close lid and grill for 15-25 minutes or until done.
