Ingredients For grilled molasses glazed shrimp

  • 1 lb
    jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly cracked black pepprt to taste
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted peanuts, chopped

How To Make grilled molasses glazed shrimp

  • 1
    Thread shrimp onto skewers. Brush shrimp with oil and season with salt. Combine molasses, lemon juice, cilantro and black pepper in a bowl; stir well. Prepare grill. Place shrimp skewers on grill and cook 3 minutes on each side or until done. Basting often with molassws mixture. Makes 4 servings.
