4fish steaks, 4 ounces each, 3/4-inch thick (such as halibut)

1/3 clime juice

1/4 cbeer

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

1 Tbspvegetable oil

2 tspdijon mustard
-
1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/4 tsppepper
- SALSA
-
2 mdtomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped

1/4 cpurple onion, chopped
-
3 Tbspgreen chiles, chopped

3 dashhot sauce
How To Make grilled fish mexicana with salsa

1Place the fish steaks in a shallow dish.

2Combine the lime juice and the next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Pour the marinade mixture over the fish; cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once.

3Remove the fish from the marinade, reserving the marinade.

4Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals (350 to 400) for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Serve with the salsa.

5Salsa: Combine all salsa ingredients; chill 1 hour.
