My grandma use to make this when I was growing up , I like to make sandwiches out of it.

Ingredients For grandma's salmon loaf

1 lbcanned salmon

1/2 cchopped black olives
-
3/4 cmilk

1 tspsalt
-
2 Tbspfinely chopped onion

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 cbread crumbs
-
1egg ; beaten
-
1/4 tspparsely
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
1-2 sliceraw bacon
How To Make grandma's salmon loaf

1Combine all the ingredients and put in a buttered loaf pan. Except bacon.

2Form like a meat loaf.

3Place a slice or two peices of bacon on top.

4Bake in oven @ 350° for 35 minutes.

5Serve Hot but it's good cold too.
