These is another good recipe from my Grandma , I enjoy this for lunch or for a dinner meal.

Ingredients For grandma's mexican salmon patties

  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 1 c
    water, boiling
  • 1 can
    salmon
  • 1
    egg ; well beaten
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make grandma's mexican salmon patties

  • 1
    Mix together : cornmeal , water and the salmon.
  • 2
    Then add the egg and salt and pepper to taste.

    Mix well : Make spoon patties and place into a fry pan. Fry SLOWLY on both sides.
  • 4
    Place on a platter and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Garnish with a tomato.
