Ingredients For golden bass

  • 1 c
    mashed potato flakes
  • 1
    envelope italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 4
    bass fillets
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make golden bass

  • 1
    Mix the mashed potato flakes, Italian dressing mix and paprika together in a shallow dish. Place the egg in a separate shallow dish and beat it.

    Preheat oven 450 degrees. Melt the butter and place it in a baking pan. Swish it around.
  • 3
    Dredge the bass fillets first in the egg then dredge in potato mixture. Place in baking pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.
