Ingredients For ginger glazed salmon

8salmon filets, skin removed

1/4 tspsalt

1 Tbspfresh lime juice

2jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped

1/2 cfresh parsley
-
2 cmint leaves, fresh
-
2 ccilantro leaves
-
1/2 csour cream
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspolive oil
-
1 tspginger, grated
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar, dark and firmly packed

2 Tbspfresh lime juice
-
1 tsplime peel, grated

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 Tbspfresh mint leaves, chopped
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make ginger glazed salmon

1Make Ginger Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl.

2Place salmon in shallow glass dish and spoon on glaze, turning to coat. (Can be made ahead. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.)

3Heat broiler.

4Line jelly-roll pan with foil.

5Arrange salmon on prepared pan and spoon glaze on top.

6Broil 4 inches from heat without turning until fish is opaque throughout, 8 to 10 minutes.

7Let stand 5 minutes.

8Serve with Green Herb Sauce.

9Green Herb Sauce: Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, scraping down sides.

10(Can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.)
