2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 Tbspbutter, melted

4 tsphoney

1/4 cplain bread crumbs

1/4 cpecans, finely chopped

2 tspfresh parsley, finely chopped

4salmon filets, 4 - 6 ounces each

salt and pepper to taste

lemon wedges
How To Make fresh salmon with pecan crunch coating

1Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in another small bowl and set aside.

2Season filets with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly greased baking poan and brush with the mustard mixture. Spread with bread crumb and pecan mixture.

3Bake at 450 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
