How To Make fresh bass hoagie sandwiches.

1Filet the fish and check for bones. Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, paprika and black pepper together. Add the oil and butter to a skillet. Brown the filets on each side, about 4 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish.

2Spread the hoagie buns with mayonnaise and put 3 pickles on each one. Lay the fish on the buns and enjoy.
